Smooth Nectar Hard Wax is different from your typical wax on the market. Our very own founder formulated it in her kitchen many years ago. She formulated it because she wanted to make a type of wax that suits the needs any esthetician would encounter during a full day of waxing. Our goal with this formulation is to have an all-natural, vegan product that works for all hair types. It shrinks wraps around each hair follicle to take away even the shortest, coarsest, and most stubborn hair from the root, so the skin stays smoother longer without any breakage. Its gentle hydrating formula will help exfoliate the top layer of skin while preserving the skin’s barrier. It is gentle enough for the most delicate areas, and strong enough to pull even the most stubborn hair.

How you prep the skin is essential to the outcome of your wax. When picking a product, you want it to do several things. Cleanse, Soothe, and protect. BeeClean offers protection with antioxidants, pain-minimizing oils, and powerhouse ingredients that cleanse, nourish, and support skin before and after hair removal. BeeClean has the added benefit of exfoliating at a cellular level with the help of the all-natural ingredient willow bark.
BeeClean:
BeeSmooth protects, softens, and soothes skin post waxing! With safflower oil being its main ingredient, you get incredible benefits without having a lot of ingredients. Safflower is high in Vitamin E. Vitamin E helps moisturize while alleviating pain, redness, and irritation. Safflower oil is also non-comedogenic, so that you can use this on everyone! It adds an extra barrier to protect the skin when applied before waxing. When applied after waxing, it soothes and prevents further irritation.

How to use:
Smooth Nectar is so unique that you can use this hard wax on all body areas. Set your wax warmer to 75C until the wax is about half-melted. Then turn the warmer temperature down slightly to 45-55C to hold its temperature all day. The wax needs to be a butter consistency so it’s thick enough that it doesn’t fall off the wax stick quickly and doesn’t run off the wax stick. You want it to ball up and slowly drop off the stick. Apply to yourself to test the wax temperature. It should feel only warm to the skin. Twirl your stick to help determine when you have the right consistency and desired application temperature. When applying to the face to remove vellus hair, use a lot of pressure and swirl in a back-and-forth motion to lock in those pesky hairs. When performing an underarm wax, apply pressure in two directions, making a figure 8 to wrap the coarse hair. Repeat this twice in opposite directions. Hard wax for large body parts isn’t for everyone. We recommend soft wax for the back, chest, stomach, legs, and arms. The key here is to have enough wax on your stick. The more wax on your stick, the larger the area you can apply. The wax needs to be thick on the edges as you apply it. You should be able to see the skin and hair underneath the wax. Smooth Nectar is the perfect wax for your Brazilian Wax. Every esthetician has their own technique when it comes to Brazilian Waxing. Here’ are a few tips to ensure you’re getting the most out of Smooth Nectar Hard Wax: Apply ample pressure, apply in the direction of hair growth, and pull against the direction of hair growth. Pull fast for maximum client comfort.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

HoneyComb Wax Co. will update your tracking number via email, all orders come with a verified tracking number and link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. HoneyComb Wax Co. does not control the courier trucks, so once it leaves our facility you will need to contact them for any issues. If you are still having issues email us and we will do our best to find your package.

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

All orders MUST be shipped to the delivery address on your order. We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other address after purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate when placing an order. Any mailing address mistakes on your part are not the responsibility of HoneyComb Wax Co.

Any orders with Fraud alerts will not be shipped until all details and information are verified. No exceptions. We have a fraud prevention system to protect every party.

  • Returns accepted for 30 days! 1 year warranty! Return shipping covered by buyer if no defects or issues have occurred within the 30 day period. After the 30 days, the buyer will pay return shipping and seller will pay shipping to replace the product if issues arise.
  • All returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • We do not accept returns on opened, used products, empty containers/pots, special or customized orders.
  • Used warmers are not exchangeable unless for manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year.
  • Warmers MUST be new, unopened, in their original packaging and in perfect conditions for resale.
  • Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive your return and process your request. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You are responsible for shipping, insurance and handling charges for all returns including defective or damaged items.

Enclose the return form with the merchandise & pack the items safely to avoid damage in transit. Customer must place the product in a box and then the box placed in a box for safe shipping.

Delivery confirmation is provided on all orders within the U.S. Delivery Confirmation includes notification of a sent package and are successfully delivered package. Real-time tracking is with delivery confirmation. HoneyComb Wax Co. is not responsible for late or lost packages in the mail. This is a carrier’s matter. Once we have shipped the items with a tracking number and it has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we do not provide refunds. Please file a claim with the carrier by visiting their respective websites. 99% of all orders are delivered on time and are not lost. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges during an exchange. If you send back an exchange, please include a note with what items you wish to receive in exchange, the address to send them to, the date your order was placed online, along with your email address.
BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEM/S INSIDE MY BOX
We can’t guarantee the performance of the shipping carriers, but we will do our best to make sure you get your order delivered on time and without any damage. At times, there are unforeseeable acts of nature and other issues that may arise that are out of our control. In the event that you receive your box and you realize that there are broken or damaged items inside your box, you MUST place all the items back in the box in the same conditions as they arrived and call us immediately to request a Return Label. No refunds or exchange will be made if any of the returned items are lost or missing.
DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
We’re here to help! All our shipments include Delivery Confirmation on every order to guarantee delivery. If the tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please contact couriers for further assistance. We cannot be held accountable for packages when the tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. In some cases, carriers will mark a package as “Delivered” when it is still “Out for Delivery” that day. We recommend checking for a “Delivery Attempted” notification left by the carrier; they may be attempting to reach you to deliver your package.
