Wild Honey Hard Wax:

• Wild Honey Hard Wax melts between 50°C-60°C. *This is cooler than most waxes on the market.
• If the wax is too hot, it will drip off your wax stick quickly. If it is too cool, it will become stringy and will be difficult to apply. Consistency is really important.
• Follow your own pre/post techniques to fulfill service. We recommend you check out our BeeClean and BeeSmooth Pre/Post solutions.

BeeSmooth:

Before waxing, spray onto skin and gently wipe off with an esthetic wipe.

After waxing, spray onto skin and gently wipe off with an esthetic wipe.

BeeClean:

Before waxing, apply a small amount onto the skin and gently wipe off with an esthetic wipe.

After waxing, apply a small amount onto the skin and gently wipe off with an esthetic wipe.

What's different about Wild Honey?

• Made in the USA, Wild Honey is Honeycomb Wax Company's Signature European-Style Hard Film Wax. This means thinner strips, longer strips, and the ability to work well with multiple types of prep.

Should I get Wild Honey or Smooth Nectar?

• This is personal preference. Smooth Nectar is used and loved by thousands of estheticians and works very well at hair removal. It was developed by an esthetician to be the most effective when used properly. Wild Honey was developed by that same esthetician to allow for waxers of all experience levels to be effective.
• If you do a lot of full body waxing, have less experience waxing, or would like a little more flexibility in your application, Wild Honey may be a better choice. It is designed to allow for the longest strips possible and can be applied very thin and still pull even the smallest hair.

Free shipping is only currently available for orders over $100 and in the contiguous 48 states, but we have worked hard to provide reasonable rates to all. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Stolen Packages:

Carriers will not reimburse customers (or us) for stolen packages. Please watch your tracking number closely (sometimes in spam) to ensure you can get your package close to it's arrival time. You are able to request that the package is “held for pickup” using the tracking link.

Lost/Late Shipments:

USPS:

USPS forces us to wait 15 days before filing a claim. As a courtesy, we will process a replacement on day 10.

For a refund, we will be able to process a claim on day 15 and will need your assistance to prove that a package was not delivered.

UPS:

We can create a ticket for you with UPS. They usually respond within 2 days, and we will reach back out to you with the results.

We will make sure you either get your package ASAP or send out a replacement once we get the ok from UPS.
