  • In-Stock Items:

    Orders placed prior to 11:00am MST, Monday through Friday, will ship same-day!

    We offer speeds as soon as Next Day delivery with multiple carriers and ship to the US and Canada! They are an ESTIMATE with guaranteed delivery only on Next Day transit.

    Free shipping is only currently available for orders over $100 and in the contiguous 48 states, but we have worked hard to provide reasonable rates to all. Please reach out if you have any questions.

    Stolen Packages:

    Carriers will not reimburse customers (or us) for stolen packages. Please watch your tracking number closely (sometimes in spam) to ensure you can get your package close to it's arrival time. You are able to request that the package is “held for pickup” using the tracking link.

    Warranty:

    If your item doesn’t arrive intact or in good condition, please contact us immediately at Support@honeycombwaxco.com 602-760-5252

    Lost/Late Shipments:

    USPS:

    USPS forces us to wait 15 days before filing a claim. As a courtesy, we will process a replacement on day 10.

    For a refund, we will be able to process a claim on day 15 and will need your assistance to prove that a package was not delivered.

    UPS:

    We can create a ticket for you with UPS. They usually respond within 2 days, and we will reach back out to you with the results.

    We will make sure you either get your package ASAP or send out a replacement once we get the ok from UPS.

    For a refund, we will be able to process a claim after the investigation and will need your assistance to prove that a package was not delivered.
